We buy at wholesale and sell on Amazon US.
Authecity Systems LLC is a Minnesota company. Alongside our cloud engineering practice we operate a retail division that trades on Amazon under the storefront name QuickShopa. This page carries the details a distributor or brand owner needs to open an account with us, so nobody has to ask for them by email.
How we buy
Authorised channels, documented every time.
A brand's biggest risk on a marketplace is a seller who cannot say where the stock came from. Our buying practice is built around not being that seller.

We buy from the brand owner or an authorised distributor
No liquidation pallets, no retail-shelf sourcing, no grey-market intermediaries. If we cannot name the channel, we do not buy the stock.

Channel permission in writing, per brand
Plenty of brands restrict marketplace resale, and that is their right. We ask before we list, and we keep the answer on file. A brand that says no is simply a brand we do not carry.

Every unit has an invoice behind it
Purchase documentation is filed by date and retained. If a rights owner ever queries a listing, the answer is a document rather than an argument.

We honour MAP and advertised-price policy
Send us the policy with the line sheet and we will price to it. Undercutting a brand's own pricing is a short trade that costs the account.

Listings we build, we build properly
Correct brand attribution, your images and copy where you supply them, accurate specifications. We do not solicit or incentivise reviews.
