1. Who you are agreeing with

This website is operated by Authecity Systems LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company with its registered office at 1650 West End Blvd., Suite 100, St. Louis Park, MN 55416-5367, United States. “We” and “us” mean that company. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. Using this site

You may read the site, print it, and share links to it. Please do not interfere with it, attempt to reach parts of it that are not public, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Products and purchases

Nothing is sold on this website. Our retail division sells consumer goods through Amazon under the storefront name QuickShopa. Any order you place is a transaction on Amazon, governed by Amazon’s conditions of sale and returns policy together with our seller policies shown there. The prices and availability shown on Amazon are the ones that apply, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell.

4. Trade and wholesale information

The retail division page sets out how we buy and gives the entity details a distributor needs in order to open an account. It is published so you do not have to ask for it by email. It is information, not an offer, and it does not by itself create a supply agreement, a purchase commitment, or credit terms. Any trading relationship between us begins with a document we both sign or an order we both confirm.

5. Descriptions of our services

Descriptions of our cloud and engineering work are general summaries, not a proposal or a statement of work. Scope, price, timing and responsibilities for any engagement are whatever the signed agreement for that engagement says.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, logos and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. “Authecity”, “Authecity Systems”, “QuickShopa” and “Fen & Wick” are our names and marks. Product brands mentioned or shown anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners, and referring to a brand does not imply that its owner endorses us.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else — Amazon, a client’s site, our own product at authecity.com — we are not responsible for what is at the other end, and a link is not an endorsement of everything that site does.

8. Accuracy, and no warranty

We write this site carefully and keep it current, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits or replaces any rights you have as a buyer under Amazon’s policies or under consumer law.

10. Your responsibility

If you misuse the site and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts serving Hennepin County, Minnesota are the venue for any dispute, except where a mandatory law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
